There are two useless ways to look at a competitor. One is to decide they are terrible and ignore them. The other is to decide they are brilliant and quietly copy everything, which leaves you as a worse version of them.
The useful way sits in between and has three parts: what they genuinely do well and you should learn from, where they are actually weak, and what you can do that they structurally cannot. That last one is the real prize. Big competitors cannot be personal. Cheap ones cannot be premium. Every strength has a shadow, and the shadow is your opening.
This prompt runs all three in one pass. It is a positioning exercise, not espionage - it works from what is publicly visible, which is exactly what your customers see too.
Run it in the AIMIKA chat in Text mode.
You get three things: what the competitor genuinely does well and you should steal, where they are actually weak, and three to five ways you could differ. That third part is the point of the exercise - the first two are just how you get there honestly.
The most useful move is to paste their real material rather than just their name: the landing page, the pricing, and especially the one-star reviews. Complaints are a roadmap. Whatever people repeatedly dislike about the market leader is the position nobody has taken yet, and it is usually available.
